Finding a job before coming to Australia

Finding a job before coming to Australia can be a bit challenging for a number of reasons.

- Australian employers typically like to meet people before employing them
- Jobs advertised toward working holiday traveler's online are frequently pretty bad jobs or bad pay.

For this reason you should do a lot of research before applying or accepting a job before you get to Australia.

Remember:
- The best jobs are found in person
- Employers will often "create a position" for people that they want to hire

Regardless of these cautions, you should apply for some for some jobs online. With a job to come to in Australia, even a bad one, you can arrive with more confidence and if you are really lucky you might find a good job with good pay... and that would be a great way to start your working holiday in Australia.

Don't get your hopes up, but certainly expect good luck.
