At quiet on the green front

Sat 31 Dec 2011
Early clock on at the green room. Not much happening here this morning in the prep for new years.

It has to be said that the festival is very well run. I take it that the year on year evolution is the key.

For example our trouble shooting team has six staff and two managers will also having  6 responders  that run errands for us.

So many vollies. ???

While overstocked with volunteers, and you wonder why... And the easy answer is in two parts. They supply so much effort for nothing more than yard space and based upon $200 each they put , $500,000 in to the festival economy. .. Never mind the instant vibe.
