With all the punters cleared out of the fest, the breakdown was smartly underway. Wandering into the green room I found a couple of groups of Canadian musicians that wanted to go to the swimming hole.

So I loaded them up and took them out to Stoney Creek. They were from the outer territory of Newfoundland and were loads of fun and very down-to-earth.

Naturally there were a few beers to be drunk… and that flowed into the evening.

Next thing you know we were at the volunteers party with the Devhambo playing some really funky tunes. It was over too early but some sleep was welcome.

So today it was time to decamp and return to Brisbane. And I took the couch Surfers to mount cootha.
