Waterfall west of Lake Burbury

Sat 17 Mar 2012
Eventful morning I guess. Woke up late in this siding just 100m up hill from the highway in complete privacy. Overnight the sounds of running water promised something to look at the in morning.

Its not a big waterfall, but a waterfall none the less and deserved attention with a bit of a hike. Its only 150m up hill from the camp, but the going is a little thick in places but yielded a rocky platform to site and enjoy the water that was falling for no other reason than gravity and my observation.

Coming down via the shale fall on the opposite bank was simple, but I now have a full soaked set of clothes to dry.

The wilderness time calls me on.
