Fiat 500 hire car for the Costa Brava to Canet de Mar

Tue 18 Jun 2013
Leaving Barcelona I have made my way up the coast to the Canet de Mar.

In earlier times, a successful place with factories producing textiles and more, their is not so much to do now.

The local people are expressly friendly, and I have a great couch with Antonio, in a new home just 200m from the sea.

Yesterday's adventure included some cross country in the car, up winding dirt roads more suited for mountain bikes, but the Fiat was equal to the task.

The pano's below feature some grey skies that will hopefully disappear tomorrow.
