Open Letter to Adobe

Hi there,

I have been a committed Premier Pro CS3 on the the Windows XP platform.

I am not in a position to move from the XP platform for the next 12 months, but do require HD editing and some other features that I can get from Premiere CS4.

I have been advised and see from your web site that the CS5 is the ONLY way forward for me as a single user of the product.  This is confirmed by your web site. This product only runs on 64 operating system, which is not possible for me to move onto.

I am very much disheartened by the inability of Adobe to fit to my requirements, which are technically very easy, but the product has been removed from sale just one month ago.

In simple terms this means that Adobe does not want to "fit" with the needs of small business and does not want to do business with us.

In this situation it would not be smart of me to continue down any sort of path with Adobe for fear of further disappointment.
